About Me

I'm A Certified Personal Trainer And Nutrition Coach And My Goal Is To Help People With Their Health

I am a 21-year-old calisthenics athlete, weighing 84 kg at 184 cm. I’ve been training calisthenics consistently since I was 18, building not just an aesthetic body, but discipline, control, and confidence and now I want to motivate others to do the same.

Beyond training, I’m a creative thinker, patient and a passionate problem solver. I don’t wait for things to happen, I make them happen! When I set my mind on something, I find a way to accomplish it. 

Whether it’s in training, coaching or in business. I move with intention and keep pushing boundaries.
