Do I need equipment to start?
Nope. We start with what you have. If you’ve got a pull-up bar, parallettes or resistance bands — great. If not, I’ll guide you through no-equipment progressions and help you build a minimal setup over time.
How long before I see results?
Most clients feel stronger and more in control within 4–6 weeks. Visible changes and skill gains often come in 8–12 weeks, depending on consistency and effort.
Can I train from home?
Absolutely. I’m specialised in calisthenics training anywhere, anytime and deliver serious results with no gym required.
